    My primary therapeutic work is based in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and mindfulness practices. I offer a highly personalized approach to your unique situation and goals in therapy. I would be honored to partner with you to explore new and healthier self-care and enhance your interactions with others.

    I offer convenient appointments, including some Saturdays and evenings. Full price is $150 for a 50-60 minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding-scale slots based on financial need. We can discuss these options at your first appointment. I am an out-of-network provider for many insurance companies. Upon request, I will provide you a monthly invoice with all necessary information for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance. Please check with your insurance company regarding your specific out-of-network benefits for behavioral health services.
